Portfolio Cost Guide is an informational website. If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, topic, message, and any optional related link you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, review corrections, and consider editorial or partnership requests. Contact form and email processing

Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit, an independent third-party form delivery service. It processes submitted information and forwards it to our BSR business email inbox. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for up to 30 days. The form provider also uses spam-prevention checks, which may involve a CAPTCHA. Read FormSubmit's privacy information.

If you contact us by direct email instead, your message is processed by our email provider. We use contact details to respond to inquiries and do not publish your contact message or sell the information you send us.

Our web hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser information, and request timestamps for security and site operation.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use Portfolio Cost Guide. GA4 may collect information such as page views, browser and device information, approximate location, referral source and interactions with the site. We also record an affiliate_click event when a visitor clicks a disclosed affiliate link so we can understand which pages and recommendations are useful. This analytics data is used to improve the site and measure marketing performance.

Google may process analytics data under its own terms and privacy policies. Browser settings, extensions and privacy controls may affect whether analytics data is collected.
